Owning a place abroad often means cleaning turnovers, key handovers, maintenance, viewings, and paperwork while you are somewhere else. RunMyRental brings those local services and owner guides into one place, so you can start with clear information instead of scattered searches.
Who it is for
We built this mainly for owners of one or a few rental apartments in Montenegro who live abroad, and for buyers who want realistic local support before or after a purchase. Local cleaners, caretakers, maintenance firms, property managers, agencies, and related professionals can also ask to be listed.

How the directory works
Listings are reviewed before they appear. A published profile means the business is in the directory, not that RunMyRental employs the provider, guarantees availability, or manages your property. Each business operates independently — confirm scope, fees, insurance, and contracts directly with them.
Where we show verification or confirmation status, it follows documented criteria. Unverified information stays clearly unlabeled as such.
Why Montenegro
Montenegro’s rental market draws many foreign owners, especially along the Adriatic. Local service quality and language coverage vary by town, so the directory is organised by service type and place — from Budva and Kotor to Tivat, Herceg Novi, and beyond — with room to grow as more genuine providers are reviewed.
What is planned
Later, RunMyRental aims to help owners coordinate rental operations remotely — software and local provider access in one workflow. Those tools are not available yet. Today’s site is the foundation: useful local information, a curated directory, and clear ways to get in touch.
